My responsibilities were around product concept design, UI design, conducting user interviews, prototyping for user testing, style guide, and client interactions. Create a product able to deliver digital innovation that is safe, exciting and enriching shopping environments, while keeping their customers and user experience as our north star.

The Festival City Malls' Guide is the channel to explore, discover, plan, and book delightful shopping experiences, with personalized advice from an intelligent digital concierge.
